This online platform allows users to create personal profiles, identify key contacts based on area of interest and job type, build relationships and create business opportunities - resulting in a pre-planned roster of private meetings at the event.
A team of matchmaking professionals support the service, assisting with meeting arrangements pre- show and onsite; managing the event’s new Matchmaking Lounge.
How does it work?
- Once the portal is open, you will receive a link to access your personal meetings profile - you will need to ensure you have registered for a attendee or exhibitor badge
- Search the database and find contacts specific to your requirements – filter by job title, business type or sector
- Send and receive meeting invitations from potential new leads
- Receive a meeting schedule with names, details and photos of your meeting partners
- Ensure meetings take place on exhibitor booths or in the dedicated lounge with our onsite SMS and email reminders
