Learn, debate and network all in the one place.

Connecting the ocean exploration community

In 2019, we celebrated our 50th anniversary and return to San Diego. 200+ exhibitors displayed state of the art marine technologies and we welcomed 2,750 attendees. We also presented a forward thinking platform for our attendees to learn, debate and network for free.

Our world-class conference connected delegates with the latest developments in the marine, offshore and subsea sectors. Six leaders from the ocean science and technology community shared their thoughts on the most significant advancements of the last five decades. Talks ranged from manned exploration and the emergence of ROVs to the development of autonomous technologies and robotics.

The celebration closed with a look into the next 50 years, with a focus on machine learning and artificial intelligence.

A catalyst for innovation

Oi Americas attracts visitors from a variety of industries including offshore oil and gas, ports and harbours, marine renewables, maritime security and marine science, providing the opportunity for buyers and suppliers to do business in one location. For 2023, we expect engagement of 15+ national and international marine research institutes, academic institutions and POGO members.

The three-day conference and exhibition will be returning in 2023, as we look to welcome over 2,700 attendees and enable more than 200 exhibitors to showcase the latest ocean technologies and developments on the exhibition floor, as well as on water demos and vessels.
